Cairo, Egypt – Al Ahly announced on Wednesday the signing of Ahmed Eid on a three-and-a-half-year contract from Al Masry. This move aims to bolster the first team’s squad during the current winter transfer window.
Al Ahly’s management finalized all administrative and financial procedures related to the deal in the past few hours. The player then participated in the team’s training session held this evening. This comes as part of preparations for the match against Young Africans of Tanzania in the third round of the CAF Champions League group stage.
Al Ahly had announced earlier that day the signing of Marwan Osman, a player from Ceramica Cleopatra FC, on loan until the end of the season. Additionally, they signed Amr El Gazzar from National Bank of Egypt on a four-and-a-half-year contract.
Al Ahly’s management continues its efforts to finalize several deals across various positions as part of its plan to strengthen the team during the winter transfer window.
