Damascus, Syria – During a phone call with Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani, Foreign Minister Mohammad Shraa affirmed that the political and civil rights of the Kurds are fully protected and are not subject to compromise or infringement. He also stressed that respect for national and cultural diversity is a fundamental pillar of stability and state-building.
Shraa explained that the current phase requires strengthening dialogue and national partnership to ensure the active participation of all components of society in political and public life, free from exclusion or marginalization.
