Berlin, Germany – An unprecedented snowstorm has swept across several European countries. This has forced authorities to close schools and suspend in-person classes in large areas. Millions of students have had to learn remotely, adding another challenge to the already long list of educational difficulties brought about by severe weather.

The storm has also disrupted transportation, with thousands of flights canceled and trains delayed. Municipalities are working to clear snow from main roads to ensure the safety of residents. Schools that had already relied on online learning were able to resume classes more quickly. However, other schools are struggling to ensure that classes continue uninterrupted.

Experts predict that the severe weather will continue in the coming days. They have warned of its impact on education and daily life and stressed the need for authorities to prepare to expand the use of digital platforms. This is aimed at ensuring the continuation of education in all affected areas.
