Spain affirmed its commitment to supporting efforts to achieve stability in the Democratic Republic of Congo, particularly with regard to protecting civilians and strengthening state institutions. It also emphasized the importance of supporting regional and international initiatives aimed at consolidating security and sustainable development.
The talks also addressed expanding cooperation in the energy, mining, and education sectors. They focused on exchanging expertise and coordinating positions within international organizations. Both sides are interested in issues of mutual concern.
