California, USA – The bodies of American director Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle were found Sunday in the upscale Brentwood mansion of Southern California. Authorities discovered the couple after neighbors reported them in critical condition.
Local media outlets, including NBCLA, reported that the couple were found murdered, apparently from multiple stab wounds. The incident shocked the entertainment industry and the public. A family spokesperson confirmed the deaths of Reiner and his wife to CNN. Rob Reiner is 78 years old, while his wife Michelle was around 68. Reiner rose to prominence in the 1970s as an actor in the sitcom All in the Family before turning to directing. He directed acclaimed films such as This is Spinal Tap (1984) and When Harry Met Sally (1989). He left a significant legacy in the world of comedy, romance, and documentary films.
