Pakistan – The Pakistani Interior Ministry and Information Ministry have denied all reports circulating about Indian superstar Salman Khan being placed on Schedule IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) in Balochistan province. They confirmed that the circulating notice is completely fake and baseless.

Several Indian accounts on X posted a purported notice dated October 26th. This notice allegedly placed Salman Khan on a list of individuals banned and suspected of involvement in terrorism or extremism, and these posts garnered thousands of views. Some Indian digital media outlets, including the Times of India, also covered the story in a misleading manner.

The iVerify Pakistan investigation team confirmed that the document contained spelling errors and inconsistent information. They explained that the timing of the comments attributed to Salman Khan during an event in Riyadh did not align with the date of the alleged notification. Furthermore, no credible local or international media reports corroborated the notification’s authenticity.

Pakistani officials stressed that the claim was completely false and that the circulation of these rumors had no basis in reality.
