Cairo, Egypt – The National Archives and Library participates in the activities of the 57th session of the Cairo International Book Fair 2026.
It is considered one of the most prominent cultural events in the Arab world, and is held annually in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, under the supervision of the Egyptian General Book Authority.
With wide participation from publishing houses, cultural institutions, researchers and thinkers from various countries of the world.
The participation of the National Archives and Library is represented by a special platform filled with an integrated cultural program, including cultural and historical materials that embody the depth of Emirati – Egyptian relations.
In addition to a collection of photos, documents and historical visual materials documenting the process of cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
The National Cultural Archives and Library program accompanying participation in the Cairo International Book Fair includes a number of seminars, dialogue sessions and specialized events.
With the participation of an elite group of researchers and thinkers, all of which take place within his platform.
In parallel with its activities at the exhibition, and as part of its efforts to support cultural dialogue and enhance knowledge communication, the National Archives and Library is presenting a series of specialized lectures at a number of Egyptian universities.
During its participation in the exhibition, the National Archives and Library will also highlight its most prominent publications documenting the history and national heritage of the UAE, in addition to “AGDA – Digital Archive of the Arabian Gulf”.
Which includes thousands of important original historical documents in the history of the UAE and the Arabian Gulf.
In addition to virtual exhibitions, making it a leading digital and knowledge platform that enables researchers and the public to access reliable historical sources.
