Dubai, UAE – Emirates Air Cargo, the specialist cargo arm of Emirates«, concluded 2025 with a clear and ambitious roadmap to success in 2026.

This comes after a year full of qualitative investments that included strengthening the fleet, expanding the network, and concluding new strategic partnerships.

In addition to reshaping the digital landscape and launching completely innovative products.

At the beginning of 2025, «Emirates Air Cargo» received the first new cargo aircraft «Boeing 777».

Followed by two additional aircraft in the following months.

This allowed the tanker to retire older aircraft and fulfill its commitment to operate one of the world’s most modern cargo fleets.

The fleet currently includes 11 Boeing 777«cargo aircraft, in addition to five Boeing 747» aircraft leased on an operational lease system.

Emirates’ first passenger aircraft has also entered the conversion program into a cargo aircraft, in preparation for its full operation in 2026.

By the end of next year, «Emirates Air Cargo» aims to operate a fleet of about 21 cargo aircraft, adding significant capacities to its current operations.

As part of its long-term vision to strengthen the network of cargo destinations, «Emirates Air Cargo» launched cargo flights to eight new destinations in 2025.

It also enhanced its services to destinations with high cargo volumes, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Johannesburg, by adding new weekly frequency flights.

The recently launched Hanoi service was quickly enhanced to four flights per week.

By the end of the year, the tanker was serving 42 global destinations across six continents through cargo flights.

During the year, Emirates Air Cargo continued to strengthen its network of partnerships, which includes more than 180 air transport partners around the world, by signing new agreements to expand its international presence.

In February, it entered into a partnership with «Astral Airlines» in Africa.

This was followed by another partnership in April with Teleport «Southeast Asia».

At the same time, the carrier strengthened its existing strategic partnerships with international airlines, including «Air Canada», «United», and «Virgin Atlantic».
