Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Jazira achieved a resounding victory over Al Dhafra, winning 4-1 in the match that took place on Sunday evening, as part of the UAE League competition.
Al Jazira met Al Dhafra at Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium, as part of the ninth round of the ADNOC League competition.
Al Nasr took the lead in the ninth minute, through Khalifa Al Hammadi, after he received a cross and headed it into the net.
Meanwhile, Vinicius Melo added Al Jazira’s second goal in the 21st minute, after a shot from inside the penalty area found the back of the net.
Al Dhafra reduced the deficit in the 45+1 minute, through Johan Gudmundsson, after a shot from inside the penalty area found the back of the net.
Mohamed Elneny extended Al Jazira’s lead by adding the third goal in the 67th minute, after dribbling past Al Dhafra’s defense from inside the penalty area and then shooting a ball into the net.
Bono de Oliveira succeeded in scoring Al Jazira’s fourth goal in the 77th minute, after a complete breakaway and then he shot a ball that went into the net.
