Abu Dhabi, UAE – The global search engine “Google” celebrated the 54th National Day of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday.
This is done by changing its official logo on its homepage dedicated
to the UAE and the Middle East and North Africa region.
The engine replaced its traditional logo with a special artwork (Doodle)
that embodies the spirit of the Union.
The UAE flag was prominently featured in the design, fluttering in a clear sky.
This is a symbolic reference to pride, dignity, and the continuity
of the development process that began in 1971.
Digital interaction in the colors of the Union
When users click on the new logo, the engine immediately takes them
to a Google search results page dedicated to “The 54th UAE National Day”,
The page is decorated with animated digital fireworks that explode
in the four colors of the flag (red, green, white, and black).
This is in celebration of this precious national occasion.
Google… and an annual tradition
Google has consistently participated in the UAE’s annual celebrations of December 2nd.
The company employs a team of illustrators and designers to create logos.
It reflects Emirati heritage and the landmarks of urban development.
The country’s natural environment, to be exposed to millions of users around the world.
It is worth noting that the UAE is celebrating today
the 54th anniversary of the founding of the Union.
This was achieved by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the founding fathers.
Amid official and popular events taking place throughout all the emirates of the country.
