Civil Aviation confirms compliance with emergency airworthiness directives and continued safe operation of Airbus aircraft

Civil Aviation confirms compliance with emergency airworthiness directives and continued safe operation of Airbus aircraft

Abu Dhabi, UAE – The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed that all Airbus A319, A320 and A321 aircraft operators in the UAE have fully complied with the Emergency Airworthiness Directive issued by the Design Country Authority.

The number of aircraft affected by this directive reached more than 100 aircraft registered in the UAE.

Immediately upon receiving the technical circular from Airbus and the associated emergency guidance, the Authority conducted a detailed review and comprehensive regulatory supervision of all affected operators within the country.

Based on the reports and records submitted, the Authority confirmed that all required procedures had been fully implemented in accordance with the requirements of the directive.

Accordingly, the Authority confirmed that full compliance with the directive’s requirements had been achieved, and that all affected operators were able to continue operating their flights safely.
