Emirates Group partners with OpenAI to accelerate adoption of AI technologies

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Airlines and OpenAI announced a strategic cooperation aimed at promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies and innovation across the carrier’s various operations.

According to a press release, the collaboration includes extensive use of the ChatGPT Enterprise platform within the group.

In addition to developing specialized programs to enhance artificial intelligence skills and explore future technologies.

In addition to aligning the strategic direction of leadership with the aim of integrating artificial intelligence capabilities into the group’s operational structure.

Ali Sardar Yaqout, Executive Vice President of Information Technology at Emirates Airlines, said, “Emirates sees great potential for artificial intelligence technologies in supporting its business requirements, whether in facing complex commercial challenges, enhancing the efficiency of its operations, or improving the customer experience, and cooperation with OpenAI will contribute to enhancing Emirates Airlines’ technical investments and making them more strategic and scalable Enabling it to provide greater value to its employees and customers Developing its approach to innovation, providing services, and maintaining its superiority in the industry.

Emirates Airlines and OpenAI will explore opportunities to develop practical use cases and establish an internal network of artificial intelligence pioneers.

The collaboration aims to identify key areas needed to enhance the group’s AI capabilities.

Including the skills, processes, and technical infrastructure that will enable Emirates to enter a new phase of development.

Emirates will also benefit from early access to OpenAI’s latest research and innovations.

In addition to cooperation in government innovation projects and business accelerators.

The partnership will include initiatives to transfer knowledge and build a community specialized in artificial intelligence through exploratory and demonstration programs.
