Our partnership with new publishing houses and a number of leading cultural institutions locally and regionally reflects our joint efforts to enrich intellectual content and encourage children, youth and young people to read and learn about various literary and intellectual schools.” In line with our strategy to make culture an integral part of the fabric of our daily lives.
The festival’s vision is based on supporting the Emirati writer and his publications, embracing young talent, and strengthening the publishing industry.
Providing a platform that celebrates local creativity and opens up horizons of communication with the public.
Through sessions and activities that evoke the cultural memory of the Al Ain region and enshrine its authentic values.
With a focus on encouraging reading and placing the Emirati family at the heart of this cultural event.
The festival continues to enhance its role in drawing inspiration from the cultural memory of the Al Ain region and evoking its authentic values.
To address community members of all age groups through a program full of events.
In an effort to consolidate the status of reading as a societal culture, and to highlight the ability of the Arabic language to keep pace with developments in the global cultural, artistic and literary movement.
The festival also preserves the revival of authentic heritage through its cultural initiatives, such as the program “Nights of Poetry, the Singing Word”.
Which evokes the aesthetics of Emirati folk poetry and its importance in consolidating the values of heritage identity.
The program represents a cultural bridge that conveys the cultural and intellectual heritage to future generations, in a creative style that combines authenticity and modernity.
In line with its annual tradition, the center organizes a ceremony as part of the festival’s activities to honor the winners of the Generation Treasure Award.
