Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, praised Emirates Airlines.

He stressed that it is an unprecedented Emirati success story.

He said in a blog post on the X platform: “Forty years ago, on October 25, 1985, the first Emirates flight was launched.. With it, great ambitions were launched towards heaven.

“It has become one of the best airlines in the world,” he added. It connects us directly with 152 cities. Human mobility.. And take their dreams and ambitions with them to Dubai and across Dubai. Throughout its journey, it has transported more than 860 million people across the world’s continents.

He continued: “Today it is one of our national glories. One of the most important drivers of our development journey.. And one of the most important international airlines.

He added: “Thank you Ahmed bin Saeed and his team, which exceeds 100,000 employees, who continue day and night to keep Emirates Airlines an unprecedented Emirati success story.”
