Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 is witnessing an exceptional growth of 32%, compared to its previous edition.

To confirm Dubai’s position as a global center for reshaping the food production map and attracting investments, talent and modern technologies.

Its eleventh session will start on November 4th at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will last for three days.

This was attended by 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries.

A statement issued said that the exhibition covers, within 21 halls, the entire production value chain, which includes components, manufacturing and packaging.

In addition to supply chain, control and automation solutions.

This year’s edition of the exhibition will see the participation of 90% of the world’s most prominent brands, along with a number of new innovators.

This reflects Dubai’s attractiveness as a global destination that combines investment and innovation in the food sector.

This rapid growth comes as the Middle East region becomes a global destination for the food industry.

In response to the restructuring of global supply chains, manufacturers are moving to relocate their operations to the UAE.

This is due to its advanced logistics infrastructure, open trade corridors and advanced industrial policies.

While Dubai’s ranking as the best global destination for foreign direct investment projects enhances its pioneering role in supporting the knowledge-based industrial economy.

As part of the exhibition’s agenda, the Food Technology Summit (FoodTech Summit) hosts an elite group of experts and innovators from major companies.

With the aim of discussing the future of food technology financing, cold chain safety technologies and alternative proteins.

In addition to reviewing major transformations in living supply chains and production.
