The report, released Friday on the sidelines of GITEX Global 2025, the annual technology and digital transformation event held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, provides an in-depth technical analysis of email server security and verification mechanisms across the GCC, with a particular focus on enhancing resilience and long-term sustainability in the digital infrastructures of government agencies and industrial sectors.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Kuwaiti, Chairman of the Cybersecurity Council, said on this occasion that the results of this year’s report reaffirm the growing consensus among the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in enhancing digital trust.

Email verification remains a fundamental pillar of cyber resilience and durability.

While this process protects communications, enables secure collaboration, and enhances trust in our digital economies.

He added that the Council will continue to sponsor cross-border and cross-sectoral cooperation.

This is to ensure a synergy between security and innovation as we move towards a safer and more reliable digital future.

For his part, Rogerio Lemos, CEO of Oryx Labs, explained that in light of the rapid digital transformation witnessed by the Gulf Cooperation Council region, secure communications are emerging as a fundamental pillar of regional security.

He noted that this report reflects a firm commitment to enhancing cyber resilience and durability on a large scale.

He expressed pride in the partnership with the Cybersecurity Council, which contributes to expanding technology horizons and developing future visions.
