Hamdan bin Mohammed presents a gift worth one million dirhams to participants in the Dubai Dates Festival during his visit

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, visited on Thursday part of the “Dubai Dates” activities organized by the Hamdan bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, where His Highness was briefed on a number of its sections.

His Highness sent a grant of one million dirhams in support of the participants in appreciation of their role in reviving and preserving the national heritage. This grant comes in the context of His Highness’s continued support for the efforts of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival and enhancing the continuity of activities that serve heritage and society alike.

During the tour, His Highness was accompanied by His Excellency Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmouk, CEO of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, and the directors of the center’s departments. During the visit, His Highness listened to a detailed explanation about “Dubai Dates” and the sections of the event concerned with the palm tree, the importance of supporting it, and its impact on society.

For his part, His Excellency Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmouk, CEO of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival, expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, stressing that His Highness’s generosity, support and encouragement are not new matters, but rather come as an extension of the leadership’s approach in supporting everything that enhances national identity.

His Excellency said: The visit of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed is a great honor for us, and his generosity represents a great incentive for all participants and organizers. His Highness’s directives represent the compass that guides us at the center, and they determine our priorities and open up horizons for development and innovation in the service of heritage.

Ibn Dalmouk added: The palm tree is part of the conscience of Emirati society, and His Highness’s presence among us clearly reflects the leadership’s interest in this rich heritage, and its keenness to pass it on to future generations in the best possible way. Through these events, we at the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for Heritage Revival continue our role in highlighting the authentic cultural face of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, guided by the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, and committed to a comprehensive vision that preserves heritage and builds for the future.
