Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – German companies have registered a growing presence as members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The number of members increased by 17% by the end of August 2025 compared to the same period last year.

A high-level Emirati economic delegation will visit the Federal Republic of Germany from September 15 to 18.

This is part of the efforts made to promote growth.

Where senior German officials meet to discuss prospects for economic and investment cooperation.

In addition to strengthening strategic partnerships, which opens new horizons to support the sustainable development process in the two countries.

The volume of non-oil trade exchange between the UAE and Germany exceeded 50 billion dirhams last year. This marks an increase of 5.4% compared to 2023.

German companies are active in a number of vital sectors. These include engineering, energy, aviation, logistics, and the financial sector in Abu Dhabi.

Cooperation is not limited to the exchange of goods and services. Rather, it rises to establish a strategic partnership centered around future sectors. These include advanced industry, clean energy, technology, and smart supply chains.

Emirati companies have strengthened their presence in the German market through prominent economic institutions. These institutions include Mubadala, DP World, Emirates Airlines, DNATA, Dubai Islamic Bank, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

Which is active in strategic sectors including aircraft maintenance, seaport management, finance, and clean energy.

This expansion reflects Abu Dhabi’s economic vision. The vision focuses on building strong bridges of cooperation with one of the world’s strongest industrial economies.
